Refund Policy

TheDaxLife membership subscription packages are non-refundable. TheDaxLife will assume that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to TheDaxLife providing you with your subscription contents as soon as possible.

All TheDaxLife membership types continue on a recurring basis relevant to the subscribed membership term until cancelled (i.e. the three-month membership recurs every three months, for a further three months) as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

By subscribing, you therefore agree and consent to this.

You can cancel your TheDaxLife membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the TheDaxLife service through the end of your billing period.

If you wish to cancel your TheDaxLife subscription at any time you can do so via the My Account page.

Did you know you can change your TheDaxLife Pro Monthly subscription to a three, six or twelve-month subscription at any time?

If for any reason, you wish to move from a monthly recurring to a three, six or twelve-month account, you can do so by upgrading via the My Account page.
